BMC, Inc., the creators of Martini Ranch USA. Since incorporating
in 1994, Martini Ranch USA has opened 3 successful Martini Ranch nightclubs
in San Diego, Denver, and Scottsdale. El Toro Bravo is BMC Inc’s
first Mexican Restaurant concept and will follow the expansion model
set by Martini Ranch USA with the help of restaurant veterans Tracy
Frazier and Chef Fausto Camacho. El Toro Bravo serves Mexican fare
with an emphasis on Sononran-style cooking, utilizing the freshest,
most authentic ingredients to create outstanding dishes at a terrific
