El Toro Bravo is BMC Inc’s first Mexican Restaurant concept and will follow the expansion model set by Martini Ranch USA with the help of restaurant veterans Tracy Frazier and Chef Fausto Camacho. El Toro Bravo serves Mexican fare with an emphasis on Sononran-style cooking, utilizing the freshest, most authentic ingredients to create outstanding dishes at a terrific value.
